Apartment Maintenance Technician/Handyman Needed

WANTED – Maintenance Technician for Immediate Start

We’re seeking an experienced and highly motivated maintenance technician for an immediate start. The ideal candidate needs to have an extensive knowledge of residential/building maintenance systems and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Complete a variety of routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance items.

Light plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC work.

Drywall [repairs], painting, texturing, and caulking.

Troubleshooting repair issues.

Carpentry skills are a plus.

Irrigation system repairs.

Requirements

Must be able to work independently, while thriving in a team setting when required.

Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

Must have access to a reliable vehicle.

Maintain a professional and clean appearance.

Sense of urgency, flexibility, and punctuality.

Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lay down. Must be able to lift and move 75+ lbs.

Employment Information

Company based in Boulder. Work will occur mainly in the Boulder area but may require occasional travel to Denver.

First shift, Monday-Friday. On-call if necessary for emergencies.

Starting at $35/hour+, paid weekly.
