More about us:Computershare Technology Services (CTS) provides global technology and infrastructure/support services for existing Computershare proprietary software together with a full range of development services for new products.

CTS globally has approximately 1,500 employees and is made up of Service Delivery, Development Centre of Excellence, Digital Centre of Excellence and 6 technology groups aligned to our global business lines.

The Application Support Analyst role is part of the Global CTO group and responsible supporting maintaining and managing the application portfolio utilised by the Computershare business and customers.

A role you will love

The role is responsible for the support and maintenance of a broad suite of LoanServ and other third party applications. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the triaging resolving of software support issues, often coordinating the involvement of multiple technology teams, including infrastructure and development services. The goal of this role is to improve the performance of the servicing system and supporting third party applications for their clientele. This position will rely upon instructions from manager and follow pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

What will you bring to the role?

  • 1-2 years' experience in a relevant Business or IT related support role.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to collect and analyse complex material and data, and present it in accessible formats.
  • Strong customer facing and communication skills - written and verbal, with a high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with stakeholders to understand problems and working through proposed solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including international clients.
  • Must be equally comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and interact at all levels.
  • Experience of business analysis, release management and service delivery
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Shows the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to work effectively under very broad direction with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, time management, and team building skills.
  • Experience with support / incident management.
  • Experience with third party systems covering Finance / HR / CRM functions
  • Basic understanding of the fundamentals of the mortgage industry.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL Server, Access, JavaScript and HTML
  • A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other IT related field with a focus on software development and support is desirable but not necessary.
  • Software support experience.
  • Proven experience with managing client expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with project team and management.

Compensation. $50-75,000
