As-Needed Business Attorney – Contract Work ($300/hr)

We are a Denver-based company seeking a business attorney to provide as-needed legal support for operational questions and contract review. This is not a W-2 employee role, it is a business to business contract (can be structured as a1099 contract). We’re looking for someone who is available for quick-turnaround questions a few times per month.

We typically need assistance a few times per month with:

Business and operational legal questions

Reviewing or advising on contracts and agreements

What We’re Looking For:

Colorado licensed attorney

Experience with contract law and small business operations

Responsive and reliable (able to respond promptly when legal needs arise)

Healthcare or mental health industry experience is a plus

Solo practitioners and small firms welcome

Compensation:

$300/hour, billed per engagement
