Assembling IKEA cabinets, bed and shelves

I currently need someone to assemble IKEA cabinets, a bed, shelves etc. Patience, attention to detail required. Be capable of reading and following instructions.

I frequently need help for various construction oriented projects - trash removal, yard work, stone work, mixing concrete, welding assist etc. A second pair of reliable hands. I need references, patience and a good attitude. If you have a drug/alcohol problem this won't be a good fit.
