Description Robert Half has partnered with a well-established law firm that practices family law and estate planning. They are currently looking for a 3+ year attorney to join their growing firm.Candidates must have the following experience:Demonstrate experience in taking ownership of a client’s case including drafting discovery, pleadings, motions.Prepping for and attending mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trialsConduct client meetings and recommend strategiesDelegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their workOur client offers a family-oriented team environment, work-life balance, competitive salary and benefits, freedom to strategize and maximize each case. If interested, please reach out to amy.thomas@roberthalf[[dot]]com.Requirements Must hold a valid license to practice law Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer Proficiency in legal software Experience with LexisNexis is required Proven ability in briefing and documentation Familiarity with Civil Litigation, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate & Estate Administration Previous experience with Civil Litigation is essential Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong ethical standards and integrity Experience in Litigation - Civil is a plus Must have a proactive and positive attitude towards work.
