Opportunity

Amazing opportunity for a skilled Auto Trimmer! We need someone to fulfill mattress, cushion and wall

upholstery orders for our full builds. We would love a self-motivated individual who is excited about

creating high quality items for our vans with room to create new products!

Responsibilities

● Small scale product development and custom fabrication

● Work with suppliers to determine correct material usage and implementation

● Work independently to design, fabricate, and install upholstery and trim items in Adventure vans

(Mattresses, cushions, window shades, bug nets and panel upholstery)

● Excellent time management skills

● Wrap interior paneling and other components

● Aid in auto trimmer/upholstery related production items

● Modify soft good items

● Safe operation of industrial sewing machine and other sewing related equipment

● Maintain a safe and clean work environment

● Follow all Environmental, Health, & Safety (EH&S) Rules and Regulations

● Request inventory for items associated with the Auto Trimmer scope of work as stock runs low

● Daily 3’Sing

● Handle the tools you have been given with care and respect

● Able to work in cooperation with a team, take directions from a supervisor to ensure the work is

completed to standards, and take pride in creating quality products.

● Reliable work ethic, and the ability to comply with health and safety best practices.

● Ability to interpret CAD drawings for correct assembly

Qualifications

● 2-5 years of auto-trimming/upholstery experience

● 2-5 years of sewing experience

● Strong documentation and organization skills

● Valid Driver License and clean driving record (no history of DUI/DWI)

● Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly

● Able to work in a warehouse/shop environment
