Salary (based on experience): $105k - $130k

As the AWS Lead, you will work with our development teams to design and deliver software solutions that creatively and efficiently tackle the unique and sophisticated needs of our customers. We are seeking a highly driven team-player to lead development on engaging public-facing authenticated experiences and custom integrations that require high availability to support high-demand business functions. You will work with various teams directly to ensure delivery of features in all assigned digital platforms. You will focus your efforts to meet development schedules, stated estimates, technical specifications, and design requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical reviews, orchestrate knowledge transfer and standardize process.
  • Analyze the customers' functional and technical requirements as provided by BSA's to craft technical solutions.
  • Deliver continuous improvement of the applications with engineering, QA, DevOps and security.
  • Investigate and contribute to solving issues in production environments.
  • Supply to product roadmaps defining technical backlogs for security, technical debt and opportunities for improvements.
  • Provide collaborative link between various technical and non-technical teams across verticals.
  • Supporting applications and services as and when required on a 24x7 basis.

Experience:
  • 3+ years of technical lead experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Mathematics preferred.
  • AWS experience including DynamoDB, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito and Elasticsearch.
  • Cloud infrastructure experience.
  • Experience with HTTP APIs and RESTful web services.
  • Understanding of web browser APIs and behavior.
  • Excellent technical communication skills and collaborating with multi-functional business partners.
  • Proficient in Agile Development Methodology.
