Position SummaryThe Barista crafts exceptional espresso and coffee beverages using Lavazza recipes and high-end equipment in a fast-paced, luxury environment at the base of Aspen Mountain. With a focus on personalized service, this role ensures each guest receives an elevated café experience that reflects the premium standards of Aspen. The Barista also maintains a clean, stylish workspace and collaborates closely with team members to uphold operational excellence. This role reports to the Aspen Collections General Manager.Applications for this position will be accepted until October 1, 2025 for the 2025-26 Winter Season.Essential Job FunctionsMaintain the proper care and cleanliness of equipmentIs responsible for station set-up, side work and station breakdownClean and restock station throughout shiftMaintain positive communication with service and kitchen staffMake Manager aware of guests’ comments and complaintsComply with all policies and procedures for the Aspen Collections and the Aspen Skiing CompanyIs familiar with fire and safety procedures. Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by managementComplete tasks and projects delegated by your managerOther duties and responsibilities as assigned
