Bartender Needed - American Legion Post 32

American Legion Post 32 is a veteran-focused non-profit organization with a vibrant members lounge & live music venue in Longmont. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Post 32, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent by creating a welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartend in the lounge bar and back hall bar for special events.

Handle customer payments, accurately process transactions with Toast POS register.

Adhere to Legion policies and industry standards.

Strong working knowledge of Toast (Point of Sale) system.

Ensure compliance with Post 32 house rules, local laws and regulations regarding the serving of alcohol.

Ensure responsible serving practices and age verification.

Monitor community service volunteers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

TIPS Certification required upon employment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.

Navigate a dynamic environment and manage high-pressure situations with confidence.
