Processing incoming paperwork from drivers.
Preparing invoices for customers.
Follow up with other departments regarding final billing details.
Filing of delivery paperwork for retention.
Additional tasks may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have working knowledge and understanding of computers.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
Needs to be creative and willing to change as circumstances dictate. Work well under pressure.
Capable of effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines.
Must have good working relationship with drivers, be a team player, dependable, reliable.
Need to have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
TMW knowledge is beneficial.
Excel knowledge is beneficial.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Base salary range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
