BMC Remedy Developer

Client : Infosys Location : Broomfield, CO 80021 (Remote) JD : Must Have Skills Min 3 years' experience as Remedy developer Experience in working with BMC Remedy ARS version 7.x, 8.x, 9.x Preferable version 8.x Hands on knowledge in BMC Remedy Workflow objects work experience in troubleshooting AR client and Server logs Ability to create workflow objects and understanding the existing implementation. Understanding of configurations and having knowledge on CMDB will be added advantage. Hands on experience with LDAP plugins for Remedy. Should have knowledge on relational database oracle, DBlinks, views etc. Experience of Event Management is an added advantage. Experience in Remedy Server and Mid-Tier Administration AR server configuration, Approval server and Email Engine configuration.
