Body Shop Worker

We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Worker to join our dynamic team at Babylon Auto Body & Paint LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and refurbishments on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards and customer expectations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our reputation for excellence in the automotive repair industry.

Responsibilities

1.Perform body repairs and refinishing on vehicles, including collision repairs and frame straightening

2.Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans that meet industry standards

3.Utilize various tools and equipment, including welders, paint sprayers, and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

4.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations

5.Collaborate with team member to optimize workflow and improve repair processes

6.Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair progress and addressing any customer concerns

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

1.Proven experience as a Body Shop Worker or similar role in the automotive repair industry

2.Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and materials

3.Familiarity with automotive technologies and repair tools

4.Ability to read and interpret technical repair manuals and diagrams
