Want a professional sales role without full-time quotas? ExitPros is hiring a part-time Lead Development Rep (20 hrs/wk). You’ll call successful business owners, introduce our process, and book them for confidential strategy calls.
This is not cold telemarketing. You’ll use proven scripts, multi-channel outreach, and structured follow-up. Training is provided, and you’ll get paid while you learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Call and message business owners using proven scripts
– Reach out by phone, email, and LinkedIn (scripts provided).
– Book 5–10 qualified strategy calls per week (once trained)
– Log calls, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM (training provided)
– Be the first professional impression of ExitPros
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Strong, confident phone presence
– Comfortable speaking with CEOs and business owners
– Persistent and reliable — follow-through is everything
– Coachable and willing to stick to a proven process
– Detail-oriented in keeping CRM notes and statuses updated
COMPENSATION AND HOURS
– $20/hr base + bonuses (Target $32–40/hr)
– 20 hours per week, with some flexibility
– Local, in-person role (training + work conducted on site — not remote)
– Clear growth path into a full-time Business Development role if desired
