Bookkeeper

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our team based in WHEAT RIDGE, Colorado, in the manufacturing industry. As a Bookkeeper, your role will involve managing customer accounts, processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Manage and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Handle billing research and resolution tasks effectively Undertake collections activities and reconciliation of bank accounts Administer vendor management tasks and other administrative tasks as needed Maintain customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently Utilize accounting software, specifically QuickBooks, for various accounting tasks Ensure accurate account reconciliation and bank reconciliations Collaborate with the team and contribute to fostering a team-oriented culture. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in a bookkeeping role within the manufacturing industry Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Account Reconciliation Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations Competency in Billing processes Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency with computer software, including accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in business relationships Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
