BPC-Subject Matter Expert-Contractor

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a

• Uncovering, developing, and maintaining relationships and opportunities with key community organizations and associations to raise awareness and generate interest in Kaiser Permanente’s and its Medicare plans.
• Work closely and collaboratively with field sales and market leadership to develop and implement appropriate prospecting and lead development strategies (with a heavy focus on grassroots and community-based work).
• Engage with the key stakeholders and centers of influence to enhance brand reputation and generate community interest and awareness for Kaiser Permanente.
• Identify various events or opportunities across market to partake in or sponsor with the expectation and goal of lead development; as well as key community relationships.
• Speak to value of Kaiser Permanente’s Model of Care and mission statement to various members of the community.
• Schedule or assist with meetings or promotional activities for field sales team to promote Kaiser Permanente’s Medicare plans.

• A track record of high achievement in either sales, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous successful business development or sales experience, with a focus on grassroots/self-generated practices, ideally focused in the healthcare space.
• Solid understanding of healthcare, particularly Medicare/Medicare Advantage .
• The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment while meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Highly self-driven sense of motivation
• Life/Health insurance license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance required – mileage reimbursement
