Building Trades Teacher

Park County School District RE2 is hiring a Skilled Trades teacher within the Career and Technical Education (CTE) department. The ideal candidate will teach Construction/Building Trades lessons so that students learn the skills, knowledge, and abilities commensurate with the program's goals while effectively using materials and equipment utilized in the construction trades. The CTE teacher carries out the assigned program content standards and career awareness, including industry standards and practices. The length of the teaching contract will follow a full-time schedule, and pay will be based on the teacher's salary schedule.

Requirements: Construction/ Building Trades experience, Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required (industry hours can possibly be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree), Applicants applying for a Career/Technical Education position must be CTE certified or be willing to gain CTE certification, Background Check
