This position will report directly to the CEO of the hospitality division. Your main tasks will include performing detailed analysis, documenting processes, and preparing reports and presentations. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts in simplified terms.Pay range is between $63,580 to $89,012.  All salaried exempt positions are eligible for bonus incentive.Essential Job FunctionsAnalyzes data of an organization to spot trends and assess risks, which helps predict outcomes for business decisions, identify opportunities and make recommendationsSeeks out new market insights and business opportunities through research and analysisAssists with core business development activitiesQuantifies business intelligence with economic models to evaluate new opportunitiesPresents findings clearly and makes recommendations for actionStudying industry-specific business trends and research dataWriting data-backed reports to support the CEO in taking strategic business decisionsDeveloping financial models that forecast business outcomes and profitsPrepares presentations for the CEO to deliver to the ownership groupResearches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelingMaintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operationsAssists in conducting research to meet agreed upon requirements and to support efforts.Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for presentations.Managing competing resources and priorities.Other duties as assigned
