You're a great contributor to a high-performing team that accomplishes great feats for our clients.What You Will Do:• Identify business needs and determine solutions to business opportunities, risks, or issues using standard business analysis practices • Document sustainment, enhancement, and modernization engineering change requirements• Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to map requirements to the code/version release and test cases• Conduct testing to validate that software changes accomplish the intended results, validate interoperability, and maintain system integrity• Develop/maintain training materials and conduct user training to help ensure application processes and procedures are documented and clear for end-users• Interface effectively and efficiently with Database Administrators (DBAs)/Developers, Application Administrators, and the end-user community.Education/Certification• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, business, computer science, engineering, information systems) from an accredited academic institution Required Skills:• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.• First-hand experience using the Oracle E-Business Suite General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Project Billing and Costing modules and familiarity with application capabilities.• Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing• Candidates MUST be a US Citizen and be eligible and willing to obtain an ADP I or ADP II clearance.Desired Skills:• Experience with Oracle EBS application testing• Experience with Oracle EBS in a Federal Government environment• Applications/Technologies Used:• Oracle Federal Financials (OFF)/E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.8• Quality Center• Oracle 12C Database• Operating Systems• Solaris 11/Linux RHEL 7#techjobs Job Summary This job is reserved for TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) only.
