- Your directive will be to create and drive exceptional business results for specific, strategic Services offerings.
- This includes upfront sales and renewal programs that you will define, manage and execute in coordination with Sales Organization, Customers and other key stakeholders.
- Your role on the Business Development team provides an exciting opportunity to directly improve customers’ results, while increasing Annual Recurring Revenue stream supporting position as a market innovator and leader.
- To be successful, candidates must have a proven track record of building and executing on concrete, innovative business plans that exceed established goals while leveraging exceptional communication and project management skills involving cross-functional stakeholders.

- Developing and exceeding targets for orders and renewals
- Business development planning with rigorous execution

- Educated to at least university degree level, you'll bring at least 5 years' practical experience in Marketing, Business Development or Sales/Support
- S. Electrical Engineering
- MBA with B.S. Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrated exceptional ability in the following areas:
- business processes and plans
- project management
- analytical skills
- time management in interrupt driven and dynamic business environment
- relationship building, internally and externally
- sales funnel and forecasting
- Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and/or Service & Support experience is desired
- Please note that the manager would prefer the candidate to be in the Colorado Springs area but is open to a remote worker. The person would need to come to the CoS site occasionally (<10% of the time)
