Supports the ACES Ejection Seats business activities both Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket. Serves as a voice to internal and external customers and Mission Systems leadership

Supports business development activities both internal and external customers to include, proposals, quotes, demo’s, trade shows, metrics and other activities as assigned

Supports developing customer relationships, business development strategies, resolution of key customer issues, and strategic growth opportunities for the original equipment/aftermarket ejection seat business

Strong team player, flexible, with a strong sense of situational awareness and business acumen who strives to do what is best for the customer, the ejection seat business and Mission Systems

Supports Mission Systems customer initiatives; drives issue resolution and platform execution

Builds external customer and internal customer relationships to strategically align and meet customer's needs

Leverages customer and market relationships to create value, synergies and technologies to drive future growth and market opportunities

Supports aftermarket innovation and technology opportunities and solutions

Informs leadership on key ejection seating trends, segment risks and opportunities

Prepare and deliver data, metrics and communications regarding segment/project status to customers, management and others. This includes, but is not limited to, the development and facilitation of formal business development reviews

Serves as customer advocate within company

Familiarity with potential customers within the ejection seating portfolio

Travel - Approximately 10-15% travel may be required to include domestic and international

Other duties as required

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in the Aerospace industry or Military Equivalent

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

This includes, business development, marketing or technical and program management roles; ideal candidate will have military aerospace experience with familiarity of ejection seating projects/programs

Experience in customer relationships, optimally in military ejection seat segment

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to customers and to all levels of an organization

Strong persuasion and influencing skills to achieve business objectives

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
