Looking to earn extra income on your own schedule? We’re a small, fast-growing remodeling company in Colorado Springs hiring a Commission-Only Business Development Manager to help drive growth through networking, partnerships, and local outreach.

What We Do:

We are a class C general contractor, with a focus on basement finishing and roof replacements. However, we are able to perform any interior or exterior remodeling projects.

What You’ll Do:

- Generate leads through your network or outreach

- Build referral partnerships with realtors, property managers, and homeowners

- Bring in warm leads — we help close the deal

What You Get:

- $500–$1,500 commission per closed job
