- Business Transformation Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing a business transformation program
- Emphasis on developing and maintaining an approach to project portfolio management, resource management and project management processes and standards
- Responsible for developing and managing project policies, procedures, templates, reporting and other shared documentation
- Passionate about helping individuals and teams realize their full potential, this position puts their expertise into action by providing coaching, and mentoring to leadership and staff, and consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years’ experience working in an IT or Technology project management office
- 10+ years’ leadership and management experience, with the ability to set business goals and measure results
- Program and project management methodologies certification or Agile methodologies certification preferred
- Experience managing and or setting up governance and process management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and nontechnical team members and stakeholders
- Ability to maintain high ethics and integrity
- Experience and comfortable in working in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with excellent time management skills
