Business Analysts WANTED! As a BA you will be responsible for creating and developing multiple highly complex enterprise wide IT products for the Mobile Product management team.
- Must have experience writing business/functional/system requirements, features, user stories, acceptance criteria in agile and waterfall environments.
- Exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) and project management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Chalk, etc.) a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to compose complex system interactions and customer journey maps, aligned to desired user and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment with constant change, is extremely detail oriented, organized and can pivot between business vs technical discussions. You will be become the SME on your products, and partner closely with the Product Manager on deliverables and timelines to keep the project progressing. Initiative and excellent communication skills are a must. Time Management is also crucial as priorities often compete or shift quickly. Business and technical acumen and Strong presentation skills are desired. Former roles might include Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Project Manager. Other: - Mobile experience preferred, not required - 5+ years of professional work experience
