Call Center Agent

Mile Hi Services, a local residential services and roofing company, is now hiring for customer service reps for our call center. We offer lawn aeration, fertilizing, overseeding, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, air duct cleaning and attic insulation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support

Call clients and customers to schedule services

Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using payment portal or online booking

Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, service appointments and other account items

Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.

Skills you'll need:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Active listening skills to understand customer needs.

Problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.

Computer literacy and familiarity with call center software and systems.

Ability to handle stress and maintain composure under pressure.

Types Of Calls

Inbound: Answering incoming calls from customers.

Outbound: Making calls to customers (our own customers, we dont buy call lists).

Support: Providing assistance to customers and technicians

Sales: Offering our residential services over the phone.
