Change Manager Denver, CO Long Term Contract Rotational Role

Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesAn Operational Process Change Manager has a prodigious impact to client’s operations by defining and delivering the process change management strategy. We need someone who is self-driven, passionate about delivering change and can collaborate across multiple teams to support an overall strategy – while seamlessly communicating throughout the organization (both vertically and horizontally) and with our partners.

Day-to-day job responsibilities:
    • Supports centralized process and system change management for the Network Engineering, Operations and Deployment organization.
    • Assess, strategize, design, develop and deliver actionable change management tactics which include communications, leadership, sponsorship, engagement and training.
    • Support IT system teams with enhancement validation & prioritization.
    • Assists with change communications and partner bulletins.
    • Coordinates with a variety of business units to develop, test and refine new change management processes / practices.
    • Teaches back lessons learned and key findings to departments with recommendations for changes and updates for training.
    • Creates a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement to our process change management tactics.
    • Serves as Subject Matter Expert by fully understanding the process and the impact to the operation of the overall business.

Skills, Experience And RequirementsA successful Operational Process Change Manager will have the following:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics, and 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must be able to work as an individual contributor, as well as a member across a diverse group of teams.
    • Have a great deal of initiative by being proactive and flexible through daily work and identifying creative solutions to produce results.
    • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically by planning and anticipating future implications, thinking broadly, and understanding the long term impacts of decisions.
    • Intermediate-level skill and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
