- Supports centralized process and system change management for the Network Engineering, Operations and Deployment organization.
- Assess, strategize, design, develop and deliver actionable change management tactics which include communications, leadership, sponsorship, engagement and training.
- Support IT system teams with enhancement validation & prioritization.
- Assists with change communications and partner bulletins.
- Coordinates with a variety of business units to develop, test and refine new change management processes / practices.
- Teaches back lessons learned and key findings to departments with recommendations for changes and updates for training.
- Creates a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement to our process change management tactics.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert by fully understanding the process and the impact to the operation of the overall business.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics, and 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to work as an individual contributor, as well as a member across a diverse group of teams.
- Have a great deal of initiative by being proactive and flexible through daily work and identifying creative solutions to produce results.
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically by planning and anticipating future implications, thinking broadly, and understanding the long term impacts of decisions.
- Intermediate-level skill and experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
