Position SummaryResponsible for providing ethical and spiritual leadership and pastoral care to residents, their families, and staff. Provides spiritual growth opportunities and serves as a visible presence of God’s love and grace.Essential DutiesAssesses needs of pastoral care for residents and their family members.Prepare and leads Sunday worship, mid-week Chapel and Bible Studies.Works with Life Enrichment to provide holistic support of residentsPlan and lead memorial/funeral services.Provide crisis intervention, support and counseling.Continue to develop personal growth through reading and reflection and by writing devotionals and articles for publications and continuing education.Other duties as assigned.
