Client Services Supervisor - Bilingual (Spanish)

We are currently seeking a Client Services Supervisor with at least 2 years of administrative/customer service work experience. This an in-person position, in an established home care company with a strong teamwork culture.

We are seeking a person who:

- Is bilingual (Spanish and English speaking)

- Works well with a diverse range of clients and employees on the phone and in person

- Is driven by compassion to help clients and their families adapt to their challenging situations

- Thinks critically to find solutions for daily scheduling and service problems

- Has experience with computers and a variety of software (we provide training)

- Has a driver's license and a reliable vehicle for completing supervisory visits to clients' homes
