The position will be hybrid with the option to work remotely or in Westminster, CO and or Herndon, VA. If fully remote, then rare travel to onsite team building meetings may be required.

What you'll do day-to-day:
  • Work in tandem with internal executive sponsors, stakeholders, and technical team managers to achieve business goals by leading multiple small to medium sized cloud and infrastructure projects or a large scale programs with defined beginning and end.
  • Identify and make visible metrics and efficiency opportunities for service owners to implement.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to ensure they are launching scalable products that enable your customers to achieve more without more effort, and to develop reporting and alarms to ensure your teams are on track
  • Incorporate service teams' product launches, customer scaling events, and engineering changes into the forecast used to plan cloud costs.
  • Communicate progress to internal executive sponsors, stakeholders, and managers.
  • Accountable for a range of strategic improvement initiatives that provides benefits across the Organization. Strong sponsorship and change management focus
  • Become an expert using cloud analytic tools and lead the adoption by our user community.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 5 years minimum experience running large scale multi-million dollar departmental annual budgets
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Understanding nomenclature of cloud computing
  • Experience analyzing large data sets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and work across different functional teams.

These Skills Would Be Amazing:
  • Master's in business administration
  • Well versed in multiple cloud technologies: Azure, Google Cloud, AWS
  • Technical certifications related to the role: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, FinOps Certified Practitioner

The compensation range for this position is $123,000 to $205,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
