Job Description: You will be a vital part of the Cloud Operations team, responsible for our application stacks developed and operated in the US.Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of skilled Site Reliability Engineers operating our core platform services - Implement mature DevOps Processes and technologies for critical E-Commerce initiatives - Collaborate with regional SRE teams to distribute tasks among resources within cloud operations organization to ensure development milestones are kept onb track - Respond to service disruptions alongside a 24X7 global teamSkills:- Experience managing a small team of developers or DevOps - Working knowledge of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) - Experience with Sales force or comparable CRM systems - Experience developing or operating production web applications - Excellent written and verbal business communication abilities with analytic and technical problem solving - Understanding of automation technologies and tools - Experience managing and remediating security requirementsNice to Have Skills: - AWS Certifications - Ability to debug Python and Java Linux - Skilled using Terraform or CloudFormation- Experience with tools such as PostMan, DataDog, etc.Benefits: - 401K - PTO - Medical/Dental- Potential Equity - MORE
