Description Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support one of our CO clients! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our legal team, the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with various tasks related to commercial real estate transactions.Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence, including title searches, surveys, and zoning research.
Draft and review legal documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents.
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in commercial real estate transactions.
Assist with the preparation and organization of closing binders and other transactional documents.
Manage and maintain electronic and physical files in compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
Stay informed about changes in commercial real estate laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a commercial real estate paralegal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research tools, and mortgage automator.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of state and local commercial real estate laws and regulations in multiple US States.
