Communications & Social Media Engagement Assistant (Part-Time, In-Office – Longmont)

Quickly growing custom sticker & label company in Longmont is hiring a part-time Communications & Social Media Engagement Assistant to help build customer relationships.

We make high-quality custom stickers + product labels for breweries, artists, small businesses, and brands of all kinds — local + nationwide.

This is a people-focused role — building customer relationships through Instagram engagement and email communications. Content creation is not required, but if you bring strong content skills, that’s a huge plus!

In-office only – not a remote role.

Duties:

Engage with customers + prospects on Instagram (comments, replies, relationship building)

Send thoughtful, individualized emails (not mass marketing)

Research & prospect new customers

Maintain/update customer communications database (log interactions, schedule follow-ups)

Light admin/office tasks as needed (team player environment)

Schedule:
Mon/Wed/Fri — 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (19.5 hrs/week)
Pay: $18–$20/hr

We’re looking for:

Strong writing + communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, reliable

Comfortable with Instagram engagement

Enjoys building customer relationships

Proactive & self-directed

Bonus: marketing / digital / content creation / customer service experience
