- Be able to create presentations in applications like Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Able to create high-quality, executive-level presentations
- Work with a wide array of stakeholders to produce and maintain world-class standardized documentation, including: policies, procedures, presentations, and more
- Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging
- Oversee peer editing and production review work
- Write for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end users to programmers, system administrators, and integrators
- BA/BS in Technical Communication or related discipline
- 5 plus years of experience in writing complex documentation
- Expert-level building presentations in applications like Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Expert-level Excel skills experience
- History of creating engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals, for executives and other DISH personnel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
