Colorado Home Remodeling is seeking an addition to our team.

You will work (remotely) with the General Contractor and our Office Manager.

The main responsibility for this position would be as a public face on the phone and through emails and managing emails and most communication App’s.

We are seeking someone who could call or message back incoming calls within 2 hours of the call. Being able to pick up the phone 50% of the time between 9 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. is the ultimate goal for this position. When you speak with our clients and prospective clients, you will document the call and forward the documentation to the General Contractor and Office Manager. We are looking for someone who has a smile that shines through on the phone, who is well spoken and professional.

There would also be a variety of administrative tasks including being the first point of contact when we post for other Hires.

The hours for this job would range somewhere from 2-6 hours per week depending upon coll volume and assigned tasks for the week.

Pay is negotiable.

The position is almost 100% remote with the occasional 1x every quarter meeting at a café.
