Community Support Provider – Contract Position

Location: Aurora/Denver metro

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends based on individual needs

Pay: $18–$22/hr (Contract Position)

Are you passionate about helping others live a more connected, fulfilling life? Kare and Kindness is looking for reliable and compassionate Community Support Providers.

This is a contractor role where you’ll work one-on-one or in a group with individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them explore the community, build life skills, and enjoy meaningful social experiences.

What You’ll Do:

- Support individuals in community activities like shopping, volunteering, attending events, and visiting parks, libraries, or local businesses

- Encourage social interaction, independence, and personal goal achievement

- Follow personalized schedules that reflect the individual’s interests and needs

- Provide reliable and respectful support while promoting safety and choice

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work a flexible weekday schedule, with some weekend availability if needed

- Must pass background and motor vehicle checks
