Position:Compensation & Benefits AnalystJob Description:

Arrow is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the Americas Benefits team. This position will be responsible for day-to-day administration of Arrow's compensation & benefits plan and leaves of absence.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the management and administration of all compensation and health & welfare plans in the U.S. and Canada
  • Handle escalated employee benefits issues via Arrow's HR support tool
  • Manage all aspects of leave of absence administration, including partnering with internal and outsourced partners for all leaves (e.g., FMLA, State, Medical, Personal, Military) within the US and Canada to ensure consistency and compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, Legal, supervisors, and managers on complex, escalated leave cases to resolve issues and assist in development of action plans to address these issues/concerns.
  • Work with outsourced partner to integrate processes for effective customer service and management of the leave of absence administration.
  • Process compensation and benefits invoices for payment.
  • Perform other benefits job-related projects and duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret policy and procedural questions, draw conclusions, and make effective recommendations.
  • Demonstrated exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated excellent planning, organization and time management skills; detail-oriented.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Quick learner
  • Team player

  • Knowledge and experience with Workday and UKG payroll

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$26.01 - $32.79
