Description Conflicts Researcher Our client, a leading Colorado based regional law firm is looking for a 3 plus years' Conflicts Researcher to be located in their Denver office. The Conflicts Researcher will be responsible for performing conflict of interest searches for clients, matters, new hires and upon request; prepare clear and concise reports while using appropriate judgment to filter data to be included in results. The Conflicts Researcher will be conducting factual research to identify potential conflicts and as well as the accuracy and quality of other relevant data using internal and external resources including, but not limited to, the firm databases, outside vendor resources, and internet sites. The Conflicts Researcher will be reviewing submitted data for new client and client/matter acceptance, researching accuracy and quality of information as well as potential client relationships. 3 plus years' conflicts researching and law firm conflicts analyst experience are required for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of database architecture or programming a plus. Strong research skills. Proven aptitude to learn new software applications. Prior experience in utilizing Elite 3E or other automated conflicts systems preferred. This is a full time position with a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a great place to work.
