Construction Help - Framing to finish/Electrical/Plumbing

Looking for all phases of construction help for our building yard in south Colorado Springs. We are a manufactured home builder building custom smaller homes (200 to 1500 square feet) for the recreational market. This is start-to-finish construction so need a wide range of skilled people. How would you like to come to one place every day to build where everything is here to complete the job? We are moving to a work order system for the things that need to be done. It is important to have people that can add to a great work environment with great skills as well as a great attitude.
