job detailsjob summary:Join our team as a Construction Coordinator on-site at a top EPC client in Denver CO, overseeing safety, quality, and project execution across diverse industries. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Adhere to and assist others in following the company's safety programs and policies.
Support the project team in building and maintaining client relationships, including interfacing with clients for proposal and project-related matters.
Assist in the execution and administration of prime contracts, downstream contracts, change orders, RFP development, bid processes, and detailed scope of work documentation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of various project plans, such as Project Execution, Quality Assurance, Safety & Health, Subcontracting, Staffing, Organization Chart, and Procurement Plans.
Assist with jobsite setup, mobilization, demobilization, and securing necessary project permits.
Support project controls, including cost reporting, scheduling, project setup, and closeout, as well as develop internal and external project reports (budgeting, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, status reports).
Establish and manage project documentation and filing systems, assist with project turnover documentation, record-keeping, warranty administration, and project closeout.
