This role ensures that facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The CMM serves as the primary liaison with contracting officers and government representatives, ensuring all performance objectives, reporting requirements, and service level agreements are achieved. Key ResponsibilitiesContract Compliance & OversightEnsure all maintenance activities meet the terms and standards set forth in government contracts.Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports required for compliance and audits.Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and contracting authorities.Maintenance Operations Develop and execute preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.Oversee inspections, testing, and repairs of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.Ensure workplace safety and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. Leadership and Team ManagementSupervise and coordinate maintenance staff and subcontractors.Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence.Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Budget & Resource ManagementManage budgets for labor, equipment, and supplies in alignment with government contract requirements.Control costs and recommend efficiency improvements.Oversee procurement and inventory management of maintenance-related materials. Reporting and CommunicationProvide timely reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and compliance status.Collaborate with government representatives and internal stakeholders to address issues and ensure service satisfaction.Support Forefront’s mission of delivering reliable, transparent, and high-quality facility services.
