Description Robert Half is offering a remote and contract opportunity with one of our clients as a Contract Managing Attorney. You'll be working in the non-profit sector, focusing on managing legal contracts and providing legal advice. This role is remote, ensuring you can help our organization from any location.Responsibilities: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts efficiently and effectively. Communicate clearly and effectively throughout the contract lifecycle. Provide general legal counsel on non-profit accounting and fund accounting matters. Work closely with the General Counsel to ensure all legal aspects are covered. Handle minimal state filings as part of legal compliance. Utilize the software "Asana" for contract management. Ensure legal contracts are in compliance with the regulations and the organization's policies. Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to contracts. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications.Requirements Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field Must be a licensed attorney in good standing Demonstrated experience in document management and contract administration Proficient in contract negotiation and management of legal contracts Extensive knowledge of legal compliance Experience in negotiating contracts is required Experience with non-profits is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlinesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
