Description We are in search of a Controller to join our team based in Greeley, Colorado. This role is pivotal in spearheading full-cycle accounting and strategic finance initiatives for our organization, which operates in the construction services industry. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing monthly and quarterly accounting close, preparing financial statements, and managing financial reporting. Responsibilities: Lead the monthly and quarterly accounting close process Prepare financial statements and various financial reports Handle budgeting and forecasting tasks to align with the company's financial goals Manage job costing and percentage of completion processes Supervise the accounting staff and oversee AP, AR, Bill and payroll operations Leverage various Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions to streamline accounting functions Facilitate and manage audits to ensure compliance Conduct monthly financial reporting and balance sheet preparation Utilize Quickbooks Online for various accounting tasks Perform profit and loss and margin analysis to support business decisions Oversee Gross Margin Analysis and advise on potential improvements.
