Description Robert Half has partnered with an energy company in Denver in search of a Corporate Accounting Manager! The Corporate Accounting Manager position is paying $100,000-$140,000!The Corporate Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:
Manage the monthly financial corporate close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper recording of intercompany transactions.
Manage the AP function to ensure the consistent, on-time payment of invoices and employee expenses reimbursements.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and systems, implement best practices, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of month end close.
Assist with quarterly and annual process for filing the Form 10-Q & 10-K.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies in a SOX environment.
Assist with the internal and external audits.
Requirements for the Corporate Accounting Manager include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
6+ years of accounting experience
Public accounting experience
SAP experience
Preferred qualifications for the Corporate Accounting Manager include:
Active CPA
Energy industry
Supervisory experience
