Customer Service Associate – CCT (Community COVID-19 Team)

TheCustomer Service Associate'sprimary responsibility is to support Salud’s COVID 19 Vaccination efforts within the service area to include Aurora, Brighton, Commerce City, Estes Park, Frederick, Ft. Collins, Ft. Lupton, Ft. Morgan, Longmont, and Sterling.

Community vaccination includes working with Schools, local businesses, community events, andhard-to-reach community populations. Services are completed via Salud’s mobile vans or within community buildings. Service level varies based on requests for vaccination.

Secondary responsibility: On days when Community activities are not scheduled, staff will support the local Salud clinic in their area of expertise.

We offer:

  • Starting Wage - $15.50 to $18.50 per hr.
  • Monday to Friday – 8am to 5 pm
  • (Occasionally evening or weekend hours may be required based on travel requirements, time to set up or take down equipment, and or special events on a weekend day)

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Travel is required and the incumbent must be present at the designation location and time either via the mobile van or other means of reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed if space is not available on the mobile van
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
  • Computer systems applications (MS Office, PowerPoint, Chrome, etc.)

Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or GED required

Experience:

  • One year of front desk/customer service experience in a medical setting preferred
