Provide excellent customer service through accurate order processing and communication.

Handle general customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, and scheduling.

Collaborate with sales and service representatives to resolve any pre-sales or post-sales issues.

Analyze and resolve abnormalities in customer service tasks using professional knowledge and insights.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

High school diploma or associate degree, or equivalent experience.

SAP/Oracle experience is a plus.
