We help brands protect their reputations and profits by identifying unauthorized online sellers and enforcing MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies. Our clients depend on us for clear communication, powerful tools, and real results—and that’s where you come in.
What You’ll Do:
Support onboarding and day-to-day needs of brand clients using our proprietary platform
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through email, calls, and Zooms
Troubleshoot issues, track progress, and follow up to ensure client success
Assist with reporting, documentation, and internal organization
Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
You’re a great fit if you:
Are tech-savvy and love learning new platforms and tools
Stay organized even when juggling multiple projects
Communicate clearly, professionally, and with a positive attitude
Are proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
Have prior experience in customer support, account management, or SaaS is a plus
