Job Title: Data Center Lab Technician IVDuties: Contribute to the hands-on installation of servers in server racks (mounting server rails, installing hard drives, provisioning Linux/Windows server operating systems, connecting network and power)Maintain the hardware, product inventory, component inventory, and process RMAs for defective serversHands-on swapping of failed product drives and actively triage drive failuresInstall debug adapters on product drivesProvisioning hardware nodes (OS and packages), configure network switches, and maintain network servicesJenkins automation and node maintenance Skills: 3+ years data center technician experienceData center experienceHands-on server and rack knowledgeAbility to accurately track inventoryExperienced performing technical triage responsibilitiesDisplayed System Administration skillsProvide support to Continuous Integration EngineersInternal customer focusedSome lifting and kneeling may be required (servers) and working on servers on the floor.
