Description We are in need of a File Clerk to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. The role involves managing and organizing documents and files, utilizing your skills in data entry, and email correspondence. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle the filing of documents to ensure proper record keeping Scanning documents and files to digitally store and organize them Sort documents and files according to specific criteria for ease of reference Upload documents and files to appropriate systems or databases Maintain a high level of accuracy while entering data Organize files in a logical and manageable manner Ensure all electronic files are kept in an orderly and retrievable system Create new files as necessary and ensure they are properly labeled and stored Regularly update and maintain files to reflect the most recent information.Requirements Proficiency in data entry and related tasks Experience with email correspondence Proficiency in Microsoft Word Demonstrated ability in organizing files Experience with scanning documents Typing speed and accuracy Ability to upload documents to various platforms Familiarity with filing systems and procedures Experience with electronic file management Ability to create and maintain files Capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
