Delivery Driver

Primary Responsibilities

This position is responsible for delivering building materials to our customers in safe and timely manner.

Essential Functions:

Safely transporting goods to and from specified locations according to company delivery schedules

Assisting in the loading and unloading of goods as needed

Ensuring that the company truck is clean and well-maintained at all times

Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.

Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.

Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with

company policies and procedures.

Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.

Collect and verify delivery instructions.

Report defects, accidents, or violations
