We've got an awesome team already, but there's always room for more!At Camping World, our Design Center Product Specialists are responsible for assisting customers in the department from start to finish while offering the best one-on-one customer service and have a keen eye for current trends in décor.Essential Job Functions:Actively work the sales floor in the Design Center by greeting all customers

Promote memberships, Visa apps, Roadside, and PPPs to all customers on the floor and at the register

Cycle count furniture and surrounding POGs and allocate additional stock as needed

Allocate furniture as needed for fast selling furniture and future forecasting for upcoming promotional sales events

Participate in Service meetings weekly to discuss furniture delivery times and installs

Maintain S&I daily through workorders, prepayments, estimates, and contact manager

Detailed notes on Work orders and keep customers updated on work progress

Utilize the software and work with service writers to schedule furniture installs

Weekly meetings with manager to cover reports related to open workorders, prepayments, and notes tabs being used

Write accurate furniture estimates for walk-in customers, dealership, and service

Maintain a positive relationship with RV sales and service team

Inspect vehicles and coaches to ensure proper furniture is being ordered

Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement prior to scheduling jobs for installation

Comfortable performing product demos on installed product for customers and associates

Utilize hold tags properly and ensure furniture has been pulled and held for installs

Maintain all areas of the design center including reworking vignettes and displaying furniture

Work in the department to make labels, stock product, and set Ads

Build furniture displays and work DC trucks to keep the department full and impactful

Follow up with RV sales and service techs after installation completion to allow future learning and feedback

Required Skills and Experience:Strong sales and communication skills

Excellent interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be proficient on the POS register and comfortable offering M&P to every customer
