Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Design Operations Strategist to join them in a long term contract opportunity.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $62 - $67 / hr. w2

Responsibilities of the Design Operations Strategist:

Create, optimize, and document processes and best practices
Work with design systems in a hands-on capacity
Build and maintain component libraries for Sketch and Figma
Create and maintain backlogs for experience/design debt
Work with Atlassian products

Requirements of the Design Operations Strategist:

Strong design thinking and Human Centered Design concepts
Material design systems and HIG
Interaction of component libraries within Sketch and Figma
Understanding of the difference between a design system and a component library
Understanding of the importance of documentation
Experience/design debt, and how to document solutions for consumption
